All products are delivered either by Australian Post or Sendle
Australia & New Zealand
- Australia costs are calculated by weight
- New Zealand costs are calculated by weight
- UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Italy costs are calculated by weight
- USA & Canada costs are calculated by weight
- Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea costs are calculated by weight
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes.
Processing Your Order
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and update you on expected delivery.
Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/ When Sendle is used we will email a tracking number.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have not control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If your pendant shade is not working properly, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the problem. For better service, take a photo of the problem and attach it to your email. We will reply within 24 hours on normal business days.
Please note we are not liable for any physical, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge any time during the first 12 months from purchase.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and proof of defective part and we will send you a prepaid return label.
If a refund is found to be warranted please allow 5-8 business days for your refund. We will send you an email once the unit(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
